It’s Time for Yourself!

If you are like me you spend the majority of your time taking care of others. And while this is great (and maybe you have no choice, they are your kids after all!) you start to feel on the verge, building resentment and ready to snap.

This is the opportunity to remind yourself that taking some time just for yourself is not a luxury but a necessity!

Or maybe you do have time but are looking for a deeply nourishing practice and a boost to your energy.

In both cases, I have a good news: 3 brand new type of yoga classes are starting next March 2018 at The Yogallery (West Ealing, W13 London)!

Kids’ yoga class: going on an adventure

Yoga and Mindfulness for children

Yoga for children improves posture, flexibility, strengh, balance and co-ordination. Non-competitive, it helps develop social skills and imagination. It increases concentration, confidence and is lots of fun. 

In this class children are encouraged to learn yoga poses and breathing techniques through games and adventures empowering them with tools to relax and refocus when needed. Mindfulness activities and breathing techniques are introduced as a way to manage our emotions. The class ends with a restful and creative guided relaxation

 

The class takes place every Tuesday at Triyoga Ealing during term time at the following times:

4-4.45pm for 4-6 year olds

5-5.45pm for 7-9 year olds
