Yay! The holidays are over, kids are back at school and we can finally go back to yoga!

This year the Yoga Classes are back with a twist…

Both Flow & Relax and Aroma Yoga will focus every week on a different chakra to balance, nourish and activate your whole body, mind and soul ❤️

What is a chakra really?

The Sanskrit word Chakra literally translates to wheel or disk. In yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, this term refers to wheels of energy throughout the body. There are seven main chakras, which align the spine, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head. To visualize a chakra in the body, imagine a swirling wheel of energy where matter and consciousness meet. This invisible energy, called Prana, is vital life force, which keeps us vibrant, healthy, and alive.

Since everything is moving, it’s essential that our seven main chakras stay open, aligned, and fluid. If there is a blockage, energy cannot flow. Keeping a chakra open is a bit more of a challenge, but not so difficult when you have awareness. Since mind, body, soul, and spirit are intimately connected, awareness of an imbalance in one area will help bring the others back into balance.

Show time at The Yogallery!

BEAT 1The Yogallery wouldn’t be The Yogallery without the Art. It is time for the Gallery to take over the Yoga!

Doors will be open for the BEAT (Borough of Ealing Art Trail) over two weekends September 7-9 and 14-16. We will be hosting Professor Foolscap‘s unique art where art and literature meet.

Getting What You Really Want


What do you really want?

Not what society or your family want you to have but what do YOU really want for yourself. Some of us have a hard time knowing what we truly desire. Others have a long list of desires but don’t know how to translate it into concrete action and reality. Some of us even feel like we can never get there however hard we try.
What will you get from this Workshop?
In this workshop we will work with movement and breath to listen to our bodies as they hold the keys to both our deep desires and how to get them. By tuning into your own wisdom you will gain clarity on what you want to achieve and mostly what is limiting you from getting it. Through gentle yoga, breathing, relaxation and guided visualisation you will learn how to realign body and mind on your goals and free yourself from unconscious blockages, leaving you clear and confident to take the next action steps towards thriving in your life and/or business. This workshop is designed for a small group of highly motivated persons willing to get to the core of their limitations and clear them away, ready to step into their own power and start designing the life they want.
Who is it for?
Anyone who struggles with either knowing what they truly want and desire, or who knows clearly but doesn’t seem to be able to achieve that goal, self-doubting or even self-sabotaging.
Practical info?
The workshop takes place at The Yogallery, a private and peaceful yoga space in West Ealing, on Friday 6th July from 9:30 to 12:30 and includes a short tea break. The studio is fully equipped with yoga mats. You don’t need to have any yoga experience.
Cost is £50 if you register within the early bird offer (before June 15th) or £55 after.
Please note that the spots are limited and will fill up fast.

Kids’ yoga class: going on an adventure

Yoga and Mindfulness for children

Yoga for children improves posture, flexibility, strengh, balance and co-ordination. Non-competitive, it helps develop social skills and imagination. It increases concentration, confidence and is lots of fun. 

In this class children are encouraged to learn yoga poses and breathing techniques through games and adventures empowering them with tools to relax and refocus when needed. Mindfulness activities and breathing techniques are introduced as a way to manage our emotions. The class ends with a restful and creative guided relaxation


The class takes place every Tuesday at Triyoga Ealing during term time at the following times:

4-4.45pm for 4-6 year olds

5-5.45pm for 7-9 year olds
