After the birth of you baby, you will need to re-adjust to your postpartum body and self. Yoga can help to gently stretch your neck, arms and back to help adjust to breastfeeding and carrying your baby. This practice can increase energy, encourage rejuvenation, and help alleviate fatigue or postpartum depression.
You can join after your 6 – 8 weeks postnatal check. Babies are welcome from 6 weeks to 1 year old.
