Camille always greeted me with a smile and special attention. Very attentive, her classes were adapted to my level and my expectations. Beginner in yoga, Camille was able to bring me what I was looking for, relaxation, meditation, soft positions, with a little dynamic at a time and was able to evolve and vary each session, always in a soft and warm environment. I highly recommend the Yoga she practices.


A real peaceful place where to practice yoga and an excellent teacher: Camille is nice, solar and professional. I’ve been practicing yoga there for several months and I really feel better.

Pregnancy Package (Prenatal + hypnobirthing preparation)

Camille has been a tremendous help for my pregnancy and my delivery. I had never practiced yoga before but her prenatal yoga programme was perfectly tailored to me and my evolving pregnancy needs. She’s very poised and has the ability to put you at ease. The techniques and tools she gave me helped me throughout my pregnancy helped me alleviate my worries and prepare serenely the arrival of my beautiful baby girl. I have to say that I was sort of skeptical at first – particularly with hypnobirthing. But I’m very grateful to Camille as her comprehensive approach and support helped me achieve my goal which was ultimately to give birth to my daughter safely and as naturally as possible.


Preparing the birth of Gabriel with Camille was a great experience.
Even if it was my third pregnancy I felt very excited but a little bit stressed as well to give birth. Camille taught me how to know better my body through very slow movements and very nice exercises.
Thanks to her I practiced a lot the mental representations of nature or very nice pictures. Moreover I really learn how to breath properly and how to cope with the pain. The result was a brilliant birth. Gabriel came in 1 hour and I felt really empowered thanks to Camille! I recommend her lessons to prepare a birth.


Prenatal Yoga

I loved Camille’s pregnancy yoga classes. I started practising yoga just before getting pregnant so regular yoga classes where too tough for me. I found with Camille the exact kind of yoga that I needed, relaxed and focused on pregnancy and labour. Besides, Camille is very sweet!!! I would always finished the classes feeling fantastic. I highly recommend Camille classes


I loved Camille’s pregnancy yoga classes. They helped me feel calm and made sure my body adjusted to its new shape. The classes were the right amount of calming and challenging and Camille always added a bit of variety week by week. She was very knowledgable and could always help with any particular physical issues we had. It was a great way to start the weekend!


Postnatal Yoga

I’ve always wanted to do yoga but was worried about how inflexible I am. When I came across Camille’s mum and baby yoga classes I thought I would give it a go as my noisy baby could always deflect any attention away from me. I’m so glad I did! It’s a relaxed atmosphere where the babies can be fed and changed if needed. Camille is so calming, my baby loves the classes and there’s a great balance between yoga for the mums and the babies. I’ve had to miss a week and am sure I am feeling more stressed because of it! I’m much more flexible than I was to begin to with and so happy I took it up. Would highly recommend!
