Yoga for All: is for men and women regardless of age, flexibility, level or knowledge of yoga. Everyone is WELCOME to come STETCH, BREATHE and RELAX.

The style of yoga you’ll find here is Hatha Yoga: the Sanskrit word ha means “sun” and tha means “moon,” and thus Hatha  = sun-moon yoga, strives to balance opposing parts of the physical body, the front and back, left and right, top and bottom.

Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga, concentrating on physical health and mental well-being. During a yoga sequence you can expect to use postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation. Following your own rhythm, moving towards a healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.
