The class will start with a gentle yoga practice, followed by a guided deep relaxation — combined with positive creative suggestions to leave you calm, relaxed and empowered.


This class combine the benefits of essential oils and yoga creating a blissful experience. Each time a new synergy of oils is presented and we can enjoy their uplifting effect while doing gentle yoga.
